The FK-06 freeze dryer is suitable for home use, with a processing capacity of about 6-8KG each time. We choose the Taikang compressor made in France for its reliable and durable quality.
The drying chamber and trays are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure food safety.
The cold well temperature can be reduced to -60℃. The lower temperature can make the material freeze faster, which can improve the water capture capacity of the drying chamber and indirectly speed up the freeze-drying speed.
If your material volume is small (no more than 30mm in height) and the moisture content is low, I suggest you choose to increase the number of partitions and trays to increase the processing capacity each time.
