This is an economical and durable vacuum pump. We default to this vacuum pump for the machine.
When the vacuum pump is running, it is necessary to add lubricating oil to it. The lubricating oil only serves as a lubricant and will not be consumed. The vacuum pump needs to replace the lubricating oil every 600-800 hours of operation.
If it does not run for 600-800 hours in 3 months, it also needs to replace the lubricating oil.
Just like the engine of a car, it needs regular maintenance. When the vacuum pump is just started, it will produce oil smoke. As the vacuum value decreases, the oil smoke will become smaller and smaller. This process lasts about 5 minutes and finally disappears. If you mind the oil smoke problem, we can equip the vacuum pump with an oil mist filter.
