The oil mist filter is installed at the exhaust port of the vacuum pump to filter the oil mist in the exhaust gas and reduce the noise of the vacuum pump. The oil mist mixed gas discharged by the vacuum pump passes through the filter paper and cotton in the filter. The oil is intercepted and collected and flows back into the vacuum pump oil chamber through the oil return pipe for reuse, and the clean air is discharged.
